Shipping policy

Customers must select the shipping option upon checkout appropriate to their purchase. Purchases will be shipped from the Double Dot Pro Shop to the customer's address to be with them in approximately 1-4 business days in New Zealand. Other countries may be longer, as listed at checkout. Customers will be directly contacted in the unlikely circumstance their purchase will not arrive with them in the estimated shipping time. We are not responsible or liable for any delayed shipping times as this is under the control of the postal services. We are not responsible for any order which we have posted to your given address, but you do not receive. In this unlikely circumstance we will try our best to resolve the issue. If being shipped internationally, select 'Int. Courier Tracked & Signature' if you want the most secure shipping option, compared to 'Air Parcel' shipping with cannot be tracked or have a signature required. Double Dot Pro Shop is not liable to pay for any additional GST, customs, duties, taxes, or similar which may occur for the order once it leaves New Zealand, these are the customers responsibility. All purchases being picked-up from the Browns Bay Racquets Club must be made by offline payment only and have zero added shipping and handling costs. Offline payment options include cash upon collection of order or online bank transfer prior to collection of order. If your order is unusually heavy or large we may not be able to deliver it at the usual shipping costs listed at checkout. If this occurs we will email you with a price for delivery costs. You can then decide if you wish to pay the additional shipping charges, or change your order. We reserve the right to revise any shipping costs/times when necessary. The shipping times listed at checkout are approximations provided by our shipping service company, and orders are almost always delivered within these times. From our end we package and deliver your order to the dispatch centre to keep the delivery time from us to you as low as possible. We retain the right to decline or amend any orders that do not comply with the delivery options available to us at the time. We can deliver to countries worldwide, however there are some locations which our shipping service company is unable to deliver to. If you cannot find your country/address at checkout please get in touch with us and we will see if we can arrange shipping to you.
